Pricing, Billing and Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We use PayPal for all payments processing including card payments. We do not offer offline payments.
What is your refund policy?
Your are eligible for a full refund before your on boarding. After your on boarding session you will be eligible for a maximum refund of 50% of your payments at that point according to Pace Online's discretion.
What happens if I cancel my payment plan?
Should you cancel before your initial on boarding you may request a full refund which will be processed through PayPal. If you have been on boarded you will be eligible a maximum refund of 50% of your payments at the discretion of Pace Online according to how much work has been done to that point.
How does the number of users affect my pricing?
Uniflo pricing is not affected by users or usage. Users do affect the cost of hosting your Uniflo which you pay to your hosting providers or as internal infrastructure.
How do I update my billing information?
You can update your account information from your customer area. Should your payment details change including your payment method you will have to update that on your PayPal profile on the PayPal app or website.
Do you provide invoices for payments?
Yes. You will receive an invoice via email and a receipt from PayPal.
Are there hidden fees or extra costs?
No. Uniflo's price includes everything you need to get going. After the solution is deployed your running costs will depend on your environment and you will pay those costs directly to those providers or host internally as you choose.
